The breakfast was okay, and it had very few options. The location was quite central; it was easy to get to any place we wanted to explore. The hotel offered complimentary parking, which was great since we drove there.
Our xmas stay was horrible. The room was dingy and showed signs of wear and tear.

Setting right by Ludwig Weil and convenient access to leipziger strasse. Private parking was provided to the guests. This hotel was really good price-value balance.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It's very close to shops and the city centre, making it easy to explore this city on foot. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with extra pillows and a water heater in just a few minutes. We also appreciated the clean bathroom and great breakfast options.
All good.

Falk Hotel is very clean, well-organized, and provides excellent services for a small, relatively inexpensive hotel centrally located in the Bockenheim area of Frankfurt, near the Frankfurt Messe (Fair / convention center) and the old university campus. There is free wifi included in the room rate, which worked very well throughout the hotel as far as I could tell. The breakfast (included under the rate I booked), while not as luxurious as some in central Europe & Germany, was tasty, fresh, and varied. The front desk staff were generally very helpful, although they did not always speak very much English. There was also a terminal near the door for internet access for those without their own laptop. The hotel has an elevator, which is not universal in Frankfurt. The room, although a bit small, was well laid out, comfortable, very clean, and extremely quiet, with air conditioning that worked, good curtains and a heavy blackout shutter, and a pleasant daytime view of a quiet residential street. The shower worked well enough for Europe, and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Cleaning services were excellent, and staff accommodated requests E.G. for fresh towels in the evening when we had slept all day from jet lag. The mini-bar had a good selection of beer, water and soft drinks at normal prices, making it a nice convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel for the business traveler needing comfort and good service on a budget. If you book a single room, you get the same room as a double room, except for 2/3 the price. Finally, there are several really good restaurants nearby, and an U-Bahn stop about 2 minutes away.
One who was seriously uncomfortable dealing with desk staff who have limited English might find this hotel less than perfect. Also, the halls are a bit dark and could perhaps stand a coat of paint -- they are not quite so immaculate as the rooms themselves.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a pleasant area of the city, close to a bustling street filled with shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city and access public transportation.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Breakfast was a cut above average. The hotel is within walking distance of the congress centre. There is free WiFi in the rooms (at decent speed).
The hotel ignores its own environmentally-friendly advices by changing towels every day no matter where you put them. TV sets are quite old and reception is poor.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-maintained rooms with air conditioning to the excellent breakfast included in the price. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation and the motorway.
Everything was just as it should be, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The city had some cool sights to see and I was happy that the hotel was within walking distance to most of them. the room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable which allowed me to rest well. the breakfast was decent, with a nice variety of pastries and fresh fruit.
The staff was not very welcoming and didn't seem interested in helping guests. the noise level in the room was terrible since it was located near a busy street.

I recently had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Frankfurt. the location is excellent - it's in a lovely area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. I particularly enjoyed the selection of cooked items, such as scrambled eggs.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Internet use was limited to one electronic device per room. Annoying if you had 2 or more electronic devices.
